Our Bistro menu includes Premium Hot Dogs, made from local ingredients as much as possible. You'll also find a House Chicken Basket made from chicken fillet and a Meän Makkaraherkku made from Koskenlaskija sausage from a local small-scale producer. The most recent addition to the menu is the Wings, which are available with both Texas Pete's and Siipiweiki's hot sauces. All dishes are accompanied by the highly acclaimed chickpea pancakes and a fresh house salad.

We use quality rolls from the local Meri-Lapin Munkkituva and handmade sausages from Meän Miha in Tervola.

Hotdogs are also available gluten-free and only potato flour is used in the sausages. All our food is lactose-free. We serve dishes to Union bar från monday to friday 3pm - 9pm and saturdays 2pm to 8pm. . You can also pick up our food at home.

We order hamburger patties and hot dogs from Tervola Meän Fleischasta. Our hamburger and hot dog buns are supplied by a company based in Chemi. Meri-Lapin Munkkitupa. We want to provide you with quality food made from local ingredients, and our buying behaviour ensures that the Sea Lappish producers in our region are preserved.
